I started practicing yoga to help recover from a Traumatic brain injury, and its been a godsend ever since. My classes are trauma informed and helpful for anyone in recovery. I've been teaching regularly since 2013 with a 200hr Yoga teacher certification and training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Children's Yoga and Pilates. I offer private, group and corporate classes, retreats and workshops. I've taught for The Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, Cleveland Metro School District, Manhattan School of Music, Abide Yoga, The Yoga Room Cleveland and The Nature Center at Shaker Lakes. I am currently the resident Yoga Instructor at Ruffing Montessori School in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
